What do I need to rent a trailer?

A valid driver's license, a credit or debit card in your name, and a tow vehicle rated for the trailer you're renting. Everything else is handled online during booking.

What type of vehicle can tow the trailer?

It depends on the unit. Small enclosed and single-axle utility trailers tow fine behind most SUVs and half-ton trucks. Dump, equipment and gooseneck trailers need a properly rated 3/4-ton or larger truck. Each trailer page lists the recommended tow rating.

Do I need a brake controller?

Yes for any trailer with electric brakes — that includes our dump, car hauler, equipment and most tandem-axle trailers. Our 6x12 enclosed unit does not require one.

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deposits range from $150 to $500 depending on the unit and are refunded after the return inspection, usually within two business days.

Can I rent for multiple days?

Absolutely. Daily, weekend and weekly rates apply automatically — the price breakdown shows which rate you got before you pay.

Can I extend my rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open your reservation and tap Extend Rental. If the trailer has no other booking, you'll see the extra cost and can pay instantly. If it's already reserved, call us and we'll find an alternative.

Question 7

What happens if I'm late?

There's a 2-hour grace period. After that a $35 late fee applies plus one additional rental day per 24 hours.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — Killeen, Harker Heights, the Fort Cavazos area, Nolanville, Copperas Cove, Belton and Temple. Fees are shown by zone at checkout.

What happens if the trailer is damaged?

You're responsible for damage during the rental. Adding damage protection at checkout caps your responsibility at $250 for most incidents.

Can someone else pick up my trailer?

Only if they're added to the rental agreement before pickup and present their own valid driver's license.

What forms of payment do you accept?
